We do property trade in or property swapping.A property swap is the exchange or “swap” of title to land between two or more property owners. The objective of swapping is exchanging ownership of the property at similar values without using money. If you cannot sell your property for whatever reason and you want to buy another property instead, swapping is the solution for you.With a permanent property swap, you use your property to pay for the other, and vice versa. There is no cash or down payment needed to list your property with Badilisha Properties Ltd. The only fees you will need to pay is properties listing registration fees
